HOW IT WORKS

A better conversation with the business—without disrupting the business.

Employees participate on their own time through a guided 15–30 minute voice or text interview. Leadership receives patterns, priorities, and a clear discussion of what to do next.

SIMPLE FOR YOUR TEAM. USEFUL FOR LEADERSHIP.

From employee perspective to executive action

  1. STEP 1

    Align the assessment

We begin with a short leadership conversation to understand your goals, context, and any boundaries for the work.

Before anything is sent to your team, we agree on what you want to understand, which parts of the organization are in scope, and any subjects you would rather we leave alone. This conversation also sets the timeline and the invitation approach.

  2. STEP 2

    Invite your team

Employees receive a clear invitation and choose a guided voice or text interview. Most finish in 15–30 minutes.

The invitation explains the purpose of the assessment, how responses will be used, and that participation is a conversation rather than an evaluation. Employees choose voice or text and complete the interview on their own time.

  3. STEP 3

    Find the patterns

We analyze themes, connections, risks, strengths, and opportunities across the organization.

Individual observations are compared across roles and perspectives. Repeated themes, meaningful differences, operational dependencies, and readiness signals are separated from one-off comments.

  4. STEP 4

    Decide what comes next

You receive the executive report and work through the 5–8 priorities with us in a private results session.

The results session is a working conversation, not a presentation. We interpret the findings together, test assumptions against what you already know, and decide which opportunities deserve action first.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Simple for employees. Decision-ready for leadership.

FOR EMPLOYEES

  • Choose voice or text
  • Approximately 15–30 minutes
  • No preparation required
  • A clear purpose
  • Confidential treatment
  • No performance grading

Employees answer guided questions about how work actually happens from their point of view. Honest, specific observations are more useful than polished answers.

FOR LEADERSHIP

  • Alignment conversation
  • Participation coordination
  • Organization-level analysis
  • Executive report
  • Private results session
  • Agreed timeline

Leadership receives synthesis rather than raw transcripts: repeated themes, important differences, operational relationships, readiness signals, and prioritized opportunities.

DESIGNED FOR CANDOR

Confidential input. Organization-level findings.

Employee responses are treated as confidential, and the executive report focuses on patterns rather than attributed comments or individual performance. Every engagement begins with clear participation language and any client-specific boundaries.

  • Not a performance review
  • No public or peer-visible responses
  • Leadership receives patterns and priorities, not a transcript dump
  • Final operating and data-handling terms are confirmed with leadership before the engagement begins.

Most employees finish in 15–30 minutes. The conversation adapts to each person’s answers, so length varies.
