Engagements
Scheduling a conversation does not create an engagement or a payment obligation. Scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, and data-handling terms are set out in a written engagement agreement signed before work begins. The standard fee is $2,500 for U.S. organizations with up to 75 employees; unusual scope is discussed in advance.
The Clarity & Action Guarantee
Your assessment will deliver the agreed interviews and analysis, a clear executive report, and 5–8 prioritized opportunities your leadership team can evaluate and act on. If, after the executive results session, you do not believe the assessment has given you meaningful new clarity and practical next steps, tell us within seven days. We will complete one additional round of focused analysis and revise the report at no additional cost. If the revised work still does not meet that standard, we will refund your assessment fee.
